Workshop description
Dissolving is an experiential anatomic session where through touch, exhaustion, interconnectivity, and improvisation the participant gets in touch with their sensations and self-awareness. Dissolving is based in diverse dance somatic movement techniques such as Body-Mind Centering and Physical Theatre.
Dissolving can incorporate alongside a Creative Process, Performance Making, Therapeutical approach, Body and anatomy sensation enthusiasts.
Just before COVID, many group sessions, as well 121 sessions, happened in London. During Covid, it had an update to work through Zoom. Ever since, Dissolving travelled to dance studios in the UK, Brazil, Denmark and now in Italy.
This session is for all ages, all levels. Recommended to bring a towel because we get sweaty, as well layers and somewhere to lay down, if you fancy.
